Permanent hair removal with the Diode Laser Tesserakt

The diode laser Tesserakt is a great device when it comes to permanent hair removal. Thanks to its modern technology, it can treat skin types 1 to 6 and, accordingly, almost any skin! This is done completely painlessly and with high efficiency. The exact process takes place through a light pulse, which is shot into the hair roots and thus hits the individual hairs. Warmth is generated in the hair roots, which destroys them from the inside. Ultimately, this prevents future hair production and the treated areas are „hair-free“.

With the diode laser Tesserakt you have the choice between three different wavelengths. We explain below what these are and what the differences are.

What is special about the wavelength of 808 nm

With a wavelength of 808 nm, you can penetrate the hair follicles of your customers deeper than at the wavelength of 755 nm. Furthermore, a higher repetition rate is possible, as a result of which you can treat the type of skin types and hair types for which the wavelength of 755 nm is not strong enough or the wavelength of 1064 nm would be too strong.

Wavelength: 755 nm

However, if you are receiving a customer with rather thin and light hair, then the use of the wavelength of 755 nm is recommended. This offers a generally stronger energy absorption by the melanin chromophore, which is why it is suitable for this special skin and / or hair type .

Wavelength 1064 nm

When treating darker skin types, the use of the wavelength of 1064 nm is recommended. Due to a lower melanin absorption, this wavelength is the optimal choice!
